Ordering your Trophies
Because we specialise in customised trophies our ordering process tends to be a one on one process. So you won't find a shopping cart on this site with off the shelf items. But you will get very personal service.
Follow these steps
- Browse the site to get an idea of your choices. Don't worry if you can't see your particular sailing class. We will be able to make trophies that depict your boats.
- Remember that all prices are initially shown in Aussie dollars. For currency conversions click (convert) next to the AU$.
- Email us using our Contact Form for an obligation free quote.
- Please give us an outline of your needs. The following info is useful.
- The date of your regatta or presentation.
- Where in the world you will need the trophies sent.
- The number of trophies that you require. Just an idea is enough at this stage. One trophy we can fit in at short notice, 100 specialised trophies take a little longer to craft.
- The style of trophy that you prefer.

Availability
All our trophies are individually hand crafted to your specification.
So the downside is you will have to give us time to make them. Maybe only a few days for a small order.
But the upside means you get absolutely unique sailing trophies that will blow the socks off your sailors!

Shipping
We have been shipping our Timber Art Pieces and Sailing Trophies around the planet for many years.
Trophies that arrive the day after the presentation aren't a great deal of use. If the timeline is too tight to construct and ship your trophies on time we tell you up front.
Delivery Times
Delivery time is dependent on the number of trophies and where in the world you are located.We have made custom trophies and delivered them into North America within 10 days, much to the customers delight. But it was a smallish order which we were able to squeeze into our busy schedule. If you could give us a longer we would certainly appreciate it.
But please ask if you have a tighter time line. If we can't make your deadline we will tell you up front. You may be pleasantly surprised.
Freight Costs
Within Australia
- Courier
We use a courier to deliver door to door. We will include freight costs as part of our quote but they are very reasonable.
North America and Europe
- First Class Air
Delivers into Europe or North America in 2 to 3 weeks. As a rough guide expect the cost to add an extra 10 to 15% to your order. - Priority Freight
A superb service that has been consistently delivering into North America in 5 or 6 days. Door to door. Amazing! And is fully traceable online. Expect an extra 15 to 20%.
Rest of the World
- Similar to Europe but delivery times may be slightly greater. Let us know where you live and we'll quote you.

Payment Options
We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer, Visa or MasterCard. Our PayPal and bank account details on request.
Our web site is not secure so we advise that you don't email us your credit card details. Phoning or faxing your details is probably better. A 30 second call will do the trick. Our full contact details are shown at the bottom of this and every page.
